A senior new appointment is helping world-leading hardware experts Caldwell significantly expand its lock portfolio.
Lock sector veteran Mark Frain joins the firm as National Sales Manager. Over twenty years, Mark has worked for some of the UK’s biggest and most respected hardware companies. He will now apply that expertise to helping Caldwell spread the word about its latest innovations.

Alongside its trademark spring balances and friction stays, Caldwell is now able to offer a range of window locks – and Mark will play a crucial role in it achieving ambitious plans to grow this side of the business in the months and years ahead.
The cutting-edge Sinidex Security Lock incorporates floating mushroom technology by the firm’s well-regarded subsidiary Cotswold, allowing it to offer robust security performance and excellent tolerance, even with sash drops of up to 6.5mm.
The Sinidex Security Lock will eventually form part of a full casement window set, along with hinges, stays and handles, allowing customers to quickly and easily manufacture high-performance products.
