Award-winning home improvement specialists SEH BAC are celebrating after winning a prestigious award from the National Home Improvement Council (NHIC).
The Ipswich-based firm which specialises in windows, doors and conservatories was named the winner of the highly-coveted ‘Consumer Confidence’ award. Sponsored by TrustMark – a government endorsed quality accreditation, the Consumer Confidence award recognised SEH BAC’s high-levels of customer service and satisfaction.

The firm, which is part of Ipswich-based One Group Construction – a £160m group of specialist construction companies, first won an NHIC Award back in 2014 picking up the ‘Best Glazing Project’ award. In 2015 and 2017, SEH BAC were awarded the prestigious ‘Community Benefit’ award for their work across the region. The gong last year recognised their transformation of West Cliff Theatre in Clacton-on-Sea as part of their Community Giveaway competition.
Award success continues an impressive year for the business with SEH BAC achieving a score of 9 out of 10 on online review site Trustpilot – with 81% of customers leaving an ‘Excellent’ five-star rating. They have also achieved a market-leading ‘Net Promoter Score’ of 8.9 out of 10. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a world-renowned customer experience indicator used by global brands like Apple and Amazon to quiz customers on their service, satisfaction and likelihood to recommend the company to friends or relatives.
