Warm Roof Pro 0.1 Solid Roof promises speedy installation

Warm Roof Pro 0.1 Solid Roof is a SIP Panel based solid roof that is changing the game when it comes to energy efficiency and quick installation times. It’s not just a roof system, it can be used for complete conservatory refurbishments including walls and single-storey extensions.

The innovative Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) system has been designed to deliver a highly efficient solid roof, offering a U-value of 0.1 W/m²K as standard. Its quick and easy installation method saves time on-site for installers and minimises homeowner disruption.

Warm Roof Pro 0.1 is supplied to installers in a pre-prepared flatpack format, making it easy to handle when access is limited. It comes complete with Tapco or Metrolite tiles, membranes, and fixings, as well as a comprehensive easy-to-follow installation guide.

Ian Cowling, Commercial Manager at Warm Roof Pro 0.1 commented “Warm Roof Pro 0.1 Solid Roof is designed to provide the easiest possible installation for tradespeople. The roof doesn’t require ventilation, as tiles can be fixed directly to the SIP panel, so there are no costly drainage mats or ventilation spacers to fit, meaning that the roof is usually water-tight within a few hours.

“The prepared and cut SIP panels are attached directly to a C24 Structural Timber frame and insulated plasterboard can be fixed directly to them with no need for battening. There’s also no aluminium, so the risk of cold bridging is avoided. This means less time on-site and an easier installation process.”

“Energy efficiency is high on the agenda for homeowners choosing a new conservatory or glazed extension, and roof systems need to be uncomplicated and easy to install,” said Ian. “Warm Roof Pro 0.1 Solid Roof has been designed to deliver both for installers.”
