Framexpress achieve 85 percent On Time, In Full & Accurate performance

Framexpress has released its ‘On Time, In Full & Accurate’ performance data, with the leading trade fabricator recording an unprecedented 85 percent success rate.

With over 25 years’ experience offering a fast, efficient service and delivering brilliantly manufactured products to its base of over 400 trade customers, Framexpress and its team of over 146 employees has worked tirelessly to help installers save on time, hassle and money.

Its ‘On Time, In Full & Accurate’ delivery performance metric has been used to measure the success and quality of each customer’s order for many years. It was put in place to ensure that orders delivered to a customer was done so on time, fulfilled as the customer requested and delivered without fault, and the latest data shows a figure many are yet to achieve across the industry.

Stuart Green, joint Managing Director at Framexpress, talks about the company’s accomplishment, saying: “Achieving an 85 percent success rate is a huge milestone for us, one myself and the team have worked really hard to achieve. I’m incredibly happy with the teams efforts over the past year, and we’re looking forward to providing the best for our customers in 2024, too. Of course, we’re striving to break into the 90 percent, but we’re constantly looking for ways to ensure our customers receive nothing but the best from us, so we hope that these metrics will only continue to rise.

“There are many factors that come into play when dealing with a customer’s order – some of which are out of our control – and mitigating those issues is a real priority for us, whether it’s by communicating more effectively with our suppliers, reviewing our internal processes or simply working as a team to improve our offering and overall experience for our customers.”

The Telford-based fabricator has also made a number of significant investments in the past few months, including in machinery, worth over £300,000, and an additional 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Tweedale, a stones-throw away from its Telford HQ,  which is hoped will help improve these metrics even further.
