Yale and Heritage Trade Frames celebrate successful year of partnership

Yale and Heritage Trade Frames are celebrating a year of partnership since the trade frame fabricator became an official partner for SensCheck™, Yale’s popular range of integrated smart door and window sensors.

The year has seen Heritage Trade Frames build its own showroom and training area that showcases the benefits of SensCheck. The showroom features various products fitted with Yale SensCheck, providing visitors with a greater insight into the solution and how it integrates seamlessly into the home.

Paul Culshaw, Managing Director of Heritage Trade Frames, comments: “SensCheck is a fantastic product and we’ve had brilliant feedback on it from our customers. One of them, Walkers Windows, now includes SensCheck-compatible locking systems as standard on all its PVC-U casement, flush window, residential, and French doors – a testament to its popularity.

“Our new showroom and training centre enables visitors to interact with the products and fully appreciate the benefits that SensCheck delivers.”

With Yale SensCheck, homeowners are notified via the Yale Home App if their doors are open or closed, locked or unlocked, and whether their windows are in the night vent position. The range is also compatible with leading voice partners Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, enabling homeowners to ask a variety of commands, such as “Alexa, is my front door locked?” and “Alexa, is my bedroom window open?”

Yale SensCheck allows installers to offer smart windows and doors within their product range, benefiting from the association with a leading consumer brand. Heritage Trade Frames and its customers can also promote the benefits of Yale’s Lifetime Security Guarantee, which include up to £3,250 towards repairs or replacements, insurance excess and securing the property in the event of a break-in.

Paul Gravell, Sales Director at Yale, comments: “Heritage Trade Frames is one of the largest and most-trusted fabricators of PVC, composite doors, and aluminium windows and doors in the industry. They are ideally placed to bring our SensCheck range to trade installers. We’re therefore thrilled to see the partnership thriving and look forward to further successes in the future.”
