Solidor has launched five new door colours, providing installers with more options to meet homeowner requests.
The new shades – Antique Rose, Champagne Blush, Copper Flame, Amber Gold and Deep Merlot – have been introduced following feedback from both homeowners and installers.
Antique Rose and Champagne Blush were both selected by public vote at the Ideal Home Show 2025 – where Solidor showcased its new bold look – underlining the strong demand for fresh and distinctive colour options. Their popularity at a major consumer event demonstrates the appetite among homeowners for new and distinctive colour choices, giving installers greater confidence when presenting these options.

The new colours broaden Solidor’s palette to 32 shades across its ‘Country & Cottage’, ‘Bold & Statement’, and ‘Classic & Traditional’ collections, providing installers with even more design flexibility to meet customer demand.
Alongside the five new colours, Solidor has also expanded its hardware offer to give installers and their customers even more choice when creating a finished door design. Together, it makes it easier for installers to offer more premium finishes that appeal to style-conscious homeowners.
Hannah Martin, marketing manager at Solidor, said:
“Homeowners see their front door as a style statement, and our new colours reflect the growing demand for individuality and self-expression. These additions give installers more choice to offer customers and ensure they can match the latest style trends with the security and performance Solidor is known for.
“Hardware plays an important role in achieving the right overall look, and the latest additions have been carefully selected to work alongside both traditional and contemporary styles.”

The two new finishes, Rose Gold and Matt Black, have been added to the range to help homeowners achieve a coordinated design. The Fab&Fix Rose Gold finish is available on handles, a letterplate, and a bullring knocker and complements the new Antique Rose and Champagne Blush shades.
Matt Black handles provide a more straightforward option for customers looking for a simple, modern finish that works with darker door colours and minimalist designs. Handles are available in three different lengths: ES3 (400mm, 800mm and 1800mm), EK53 and EK57 variants.
Hannah added: “The extended hardware range means greater flexibility when putting together a door specification, making it easier to deliver the exact look customers want, while also providing more opportunities to upsell a premium, fully finished product.”
The new colours and hardware are available for homeowners to select via the Solidor Door Designer, allowing installers to show homeowners a full range of styles, shades and finishes before placing an order.
