Digital agency Candour has unveiled a new website for Glazing Vision, a manufacturer specialising in roof lights and windows for high-specification homes and commercial buildings.
Developed over one year, the redesign brings Glazing Vision’s recent branding update to life digitally, with a look and feel that resonates with the brand’s audiences worldwide.
The website design includes:
- A minimal and structured user interface to complement the company’s products and allow them to take centre stage
- Dedicated inspiration and case study sections that allow visitors to see window transformations in real-world settings and Glazing Vision’s ability to meet bespoke requirements
- Modular product pages so that the marketing team can tailor content structure to each product while maintaining the user journey
The project started with a series of workshops to help Candour understand the key needs and journeys of Glazing Vision’s audiences. These insights, alongside regional keyword data supplied by Candour’s search team, guided the structure and content of the redesigned website, ensuring it met user needs and expectations.
Mark Salisbury, Candour’s Design Lead, said, “The multi-team collaboration resulted in a platform that is right for both Glazing Vision and its customers, with the potential to be extended as new audiences or products are introduced.

“Glazing Vision gave us their time so we could really get to know their business, aims and processes, while internally, being able to collaborate closely between teams led to continuously challenging and improving solutions”.
One outcome of these workshops was the identification of Glazing Vision’s Technical Sales Managers (TSMs) as a customer’s first point of contact, playing a crucial role in guiding them through complex decisions. The TSMs were therefore made a prominent feature of the site, placing their profiles and contact options at important points to humanise calls to action.
Candour also prioritised usability and accessibility, building the site on the Statamic CMS to combine solid technical foundations with fast performance, making it an ideal base for search optimisation and AI-driven search.
The project has so far seen successful launches of the UK, US and select European websites, with further localised European versions set to roll out in the new year.
Darren Lake, Customer Experience Manager at Glazing Vision, comments, “Partnering with Candour made a big difference. Their expertise in website migration and structured delivery set the foundation for a smoother design and build process – and meant we delivered a site we’re proud of.”
