TWC MAKES IT THREE

TWC Home Improvements has become the latest addition to the Conservatory Outlet Network, the third installation company to join in as many months.

Established in 2012 and headed up by Directors Joseph Heaton and Andrew Hill, the Swindon-based business has achieved huge growth in the past 5 years, achieving £4m turnover by the end of 2017.  Following Bon Accord Glass (Aberdeen) and Styleglaze Installations Ltd (Daventry) in the move to the Conservatory Outlet, TWC has gained exclusivity across the Swindon, Salisbury and Oxford postcodes for the Network.

Wasting no time in utilising its new marketing support, TWC Home Improvements has marked the transfer to Conservatory Outlet with the launch of a new brand identity and complete digital makeover to showcase its new nationally renowned product offering.

Michael Giscombe, Managing Director at Conservatory Outlet, explains: “We’ve been highly impressed with the energy, passion and determination from both Joseph & Andy in growing their business.  These guys have achieved great things with The Window Centre Swindon and we’re confident we can support them in their next stage of growth as they push forward with their fresh new brand identity – TWC Home Improvements.”

The addition of TWC marks the end of a tremendous 2018 for Conservatory Outlet, with £2m of new business secured during the period, and further plans for UK expansion into 2019.

Michael continues: “The addition of not one, but three new installation partners to the Conservatory Outlet Network in 2018 comes as a result of a collaboration of our fantastic suite of new products and our multi-channel marketing approach.”

“The addition of Jason Earl, our recently appointed National Sales Manager, has had a huge impact and this is of course all underpinned by the industry-renowned reputation and success of our Network of retail partners, resulting in what is proving to be a winning formula.”

Joseph Heaton, Director at TWC adds: “We’re thrilled with the support we’ve received from Conservatory Outlet in such a short space of time, the network has so much to offer in terms of sharing best practice and we’re already benefitting from being part of this collection of expert installers.”

“We’re very proud to unveil our new brand and website to coincide with the shift to Conservatory Outlet.  Historically, we’ve relied on a telemarketing approach to marketing which has served us well, but I strongly believe our new digital campaign, along with our innovative ‘Extreme’ product range is best-placed to take our business to the next level.”
